2. Subscription and Payment Model

Our platform operates on a flat-rate subscription model combined with usage-based billing (pay-as-you-go). By subscribing, you agree to recurring monthly billing and additional charges for any usage exceeding your plan’s included quota.

• Flat Rate: A fixed monthly fee is billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
• Included Usage: Each plan includes a predefined number of minutes of processing time per month.
• Pay-As-You-Go: If you exceed your plan’s monthly quota, additional usage will automatically be billed at the per-minute rate defined in your plan.
• Automatic Billing: Overages are charged to your saved payment method at the end of your billing cycle.

3. Free Plan

We offer a free plan with limited usage for testing and non-commercial purposes. The free plan may include restrictions on total processing time, file size, or features. Abuse of the free tier may result in account suspension.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments for completed billing periods are non-refundable.

5. Fair Use and Abuse

You agree not to exploit the Service for abusive or fraudulent activities. Excessive requests, automated scraping, or attempts to bypass quotas are strictly prohibited.

6. Changes to Pricing or Terms

We reserve the right to modify pricing or subscription structures at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance through email or in-app notifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
